I enjoy using the app and have all of my music, podcasts and some audiobooks all in one place. I wish there was a better way to organize files a little more specific then what is available now but I make it work. Quality has always been good! The one or two times it messed up after an update I cleared cache, forced stop and the reopened the app. Simple enough!

I had made a playlist and I can't listen to a particular song I want to listen at that time from it....what's the fu*king point of that ....it's a basic requirement , if I can't listen to a song at a time I want why would this app even exist then...such a dumb way to force everyone to buy your premium.....I am deleting your so called music app..

I have always loved the Spotify app. And I have always been impressed with the improvements made over the years. But here lately when I go to turn my volume up or down when I'm on the app. My phone bogs down and almost freezes. When it does this it won't let me do anything untill the volume slider is gone. It acts like I get 5fps when I hit my volume

I'm giving 4 stars for the music selection. The ads are acceptable but having ads that are as long as a song is not fun. If I choose an album, I'd like to listen to that album and not have other songs inserted. I feel like Spotify has a special team to figure out what would annoy listeners the most so they'll pay for premium which annoys me even more so that's not happening.

The Android app has a lot of issues with the queue for me - deleting and rearranging things. It's very frustrating but also the developers have been very helpful and responsive (albeit so far unsuccessful) trying to solve this. I wish Spotify as a company did more to limit the spread of false information and paid artists more fairly. Overall it is still the best music streaming service I've tried.

The amount of ads is pretty ridiculous. It used to play one ad for 30 minutes of ad-free listening, and it would do this /every/ 30 minutes. It was perfect. Now will give me like one 30 minute ad-free listening session a day. And when not ad free, there are ads practically every 2 songs. I would love for it to go back to the way it was, because I am absolutely tired of the ads.

Been running into a bunch of bugs recently. The most annoying is that I can't add more than one thing to the queue. If I keep adding, it will just erase the previous addition and I have to restart my phone several times to get it to work. Every now and then the control bar will disappear so I can't pause whatever I'm listening to even if I try from my headphones. Not to mention the random freezing and shutting down that has been more frequent lately. I've reported it before, never heard back

when you say you will give me 30 minites of ad-free listening, I EXPECT YOU TO HONOUR YOUR PROMISE! Instead, i have to listen to not one but TWO ads after just 2 mins!

I've been using and paying for Spotify premium since I was in 7th grade. I am now a college sophomore and thinking of cancelling my well-loved subscription because of the constant skipping of songs. I don't know why or when exactly the problem started, but almost every song skips like a bad record and I haven't found a single effective solution. reinstalling, reporting the bug, opening and closing ect ect. I love this app and I would hate to lose it, but this issue is incredibly frustrating.
