I use this app for a great many projects because it has everything I need, it's excellent, you can produce HD quality videos & photos. I LOVE IT! BUT it tends to lock up & shut down whenever I try the new 3D features on Android. Also doesn't always read my body unless I'm clearly standing in a space where shoulders & waist can be seen, if you're plus sized make sure to wear minimal colors. I'm a premium user since 2018 makes my art look cinematic!

Android user and I like the app. The only thing I'm starting to dislike (and hopefully the bug can get fixed) is that all the filters that are saved under favorites keep disappearing and I have to go look for them again and re-save. This has been so many times, please fix.

Okay so, recently lately when i try to import an video too upload: It originally i try too adjust but then i import the video it gets stuck at 100? For no reason.. i have good wifi. And it justs completes stops. For that until you fix this i rate this an three-Stars. EDIT: I redownload and it does the same thing..- although on the Home page it has; "something went wrong try again Later." And i see a lot of people are expreinceng the same problem so its not only me.

I usually edit my own pics in photoshop, for the most creative freedom, but Prequel gives me a pretty solid starting point & inspiration. Save me a bunch of time! EDIT: After an update a few months ago, the app now regularly crashes, takes too long to apply filters, and often fails to apply edits altogether. I don't know what changed in the backend, but something definitely got screwed. I think it's time to move on to a new app!

It will not work on my device. I can press the + button, choose a vid, but it WILL not load. It gets to 100% then stops working. It just keeps spinning. It doesnt stop. Ive seen others have this problem too. This ruins the experience. Ive tried everything i can think of. Nothing has worked. Can you help? 😐

I love prequel but it won't work. I click + and I import the video but when it gets to 100 it stops working and doesn't load. It works for my photos but not my videos. Is there anyone that knows how to help this stop? I really need help. My cousin does not have this problem. Hers loads right away. I am so disappointed but otherwise the app Is great! Please fix this problem

My gosh. I downloaded the app to mess with it later, but wound up uninstalling it before I could. Why? Because it kept opening up by itself. Just randomly. While sending a message to my colleagues, the app opens. While viewing a video on another app, it just magically opened itself. And it's not like it was running in the background. Oh well.
