App is very laggy and choppy. I mean a multi billion dollar company can't even get a simple app to run properly...(30fps)

It took them over 3 months to fix an easy, well-reported bug. That should give you an idea as to the quality of the app. Leaves alotto be desired, but it's almost necessary owning a Playstation. Especially since you can't manage PS Stars anywhere on the console.

Great for tracking trophies and checking any game sales available. but lately, it has not updated my recently plays games tab, nor does it update the hours played if i replay the games visible on the tab. I don't know if this is a PS4 only error or the app itself.

works mostly ok, just very slow and clunky, unintuitive, and generally a pain to use, only reason to use it is to transfer screenshots from playstation to phone.

why do we need to buy PlayStation plus to play with are friends this is why Xbox is better and another excuse if we have a Microsoft account why can't we turn it back on PlayStation and Xbox is now so much better now dumb ps4

it was horrible I got temp banned and I couldn't even appeal it I did nothing wrong and I also found out it uses up my ps plus while banned

awful app. signs me out for no reason, then have to verify everything yet it takes hours for emails to come through
