So basic app for such a big money transfer company. We cannot check transactions in detail. We can just see a list of transactions but non clickable, to check every transaction details we have to login through web. No payment receipt we see after any payment. No account details in app.

So far the app has been good. I have been using perfect Money agent to deposit and withdraw. But I want to know how to deposit and withdraw on my own without the perfect Money agent.

the reason why I didn't gave it 4 or 5 is that i have a problem that when i try to choose a currency to convert the app freezes and goes crash! plss fix it

Absolute Horrible!!!! Instead of directly asking for support, the app and support as a whole have just proven their encompantancy to adhere to any aspected service ethics. The municipality is closed where I stay due to the survere increasingly Corona virus spread, which our area is considered as a hotspot. We do not get post or anything. I am perfusely sending you documents which are the only documents I have. I cant extract a rabbit out of my behind, if I don't have current docs, I DONT HAVE

There is always error that i can't login with my passed member id but I don't know which passed id because every account has a single id. I request developer to help me in this regard.

Turn to scam with their credit exchange program, they create and verify account to scam people money then delete or unverified this account; they allow scammer taking honest people money, since I opened a ticket about my lost money, I never got reply from them and the concerned accounts are suddenly unverified; I am sure that admins are part of this scam. Stay away from Perfect Money if you want to keep your money safe, better to move to other payment solutions

If i could give away 0 star I'd, coz i started using this app and created an account from them, then tried to verify my account by uploading scanned document of my passport but they declined my document with no reason but when i try to sort this matter out in the application's contact section the only thing i get back from them, is my internet is not working while it's perfectly fine, so i advice to the new coming customers not use this app coz your time and resources matters.

Spammiest app I've ever seen. You can't even type your member ID to login because the keyboard will automatically switch to numbers. An absolute disgrace that looks like it was made in 1989.
