Messaged loops after being banned. The message I got back for the reason I was banned was for speaking English. Apparently you aren't allowed to speak English on loops and they also informed me it's for Arabs only.

Complain I have been in the program for about three years now and i purchased coins by my visa almost 50000$ Suddenly my account banned for life without any warning. I contacted with help desk and support through the email and i asked for evidence that i did violation but the refused. So i refer this issue to you and i appreciate if you can help me in this issue also they ask for around 5000$ to remove the ban which is not legal.
