Ideal! Finally, everything seems to be functioning properly. Videos play full screen and the progress bar hides. Can back within the app without getting routed to a browser. Not sure how long it's been since those issues were fixed, I just know I've encountered those issues. Now my only request would be Sections on the campaign page to help jump to rewards and stretch goals, etc. in large campaigns that take forever to scroll through.

A lot of the projects I am looking at when on the campaign screen it's fine when scrolling down, but when I want to scroll back up it likes to flick back down making it impossible to fully read everything.

I've lost money on 3 different purchases out of about 15. 1 was a scam so I never got my money back. The ones that were legit and sent me my purchases were great though.

Used to love being able to get info and messages through the app, but now it appears to have stopped updating information. I get indicators showing activity has occurred on projects (i.e., updates have been sent), but the feed doesn't update, so I am left to guess which project pages i need to go visit. At this point, no real point to having the app - better to go direct on the site.

Pretty useful and I generally like it. However, it'd be nice if we could manage our pledges after the kickstarter ends. I had to change card numbers and didn't get my new one until after the old one got declined. And I'm honestly very annoyed at being able to add my new card to my account, but not actually be able to update my pledge with the new info. 😡 and that's the only reason I'm giving it 3 instead of 4 stars. (I seriously considered dropping it to 2, but like the other features too much)

I used to use the iOS version of this app and it was super easy to navigate. The Android version is horrendous. There's no icon for followed projects, it's hard to find backed projects and I had to go to the desktop website to modify my payment for a project. I have backed 63 projects so far, I'm used to it being a very easy to navigate app but now that I've switched to Android it's horrible. Changes really should be made to make navigation on the Android app more intuitive.

The app is convenient, but broken. I stopped getting notifications months ago and now whole feeds won't load. Support is hit and miss - they're responsive, but haven't fixed anything yet. Personally, I suggest sticking to the website and email. It may be less convenient, but it's just easier.

The app does not work, and I don't understand why. I can browse projects just fine, but every single one of the links on the left hand menu does not work, and I cannot look at my account or my messages or my backed projects at all, which makes the app quite useless unfortunately. If I try to go to my account, it simply never loads and remains blank. Using a Pixel 4XL on the latest update.
