I've reached out every way available and the best I get is that it's my fault it's buffering even with 100+Mbs internet when the app only buffers at a max 100kbs. Their service is trash. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Would be 5 starts but now since i had to redownload it, it doesnt stream any movies or tv like it used to. Now it only shows local videos i already have on phone.

No more access to any movies and TV shows. I can't even access to my premium account. The app itself wants me to play my videos on my personal phone. In summary, the app is either done or got catch for stealing.

Horrible, works better as free and lots of ads. If you buy the premium, good luck on watching anything after that. You get about 15 mins in any video and it will stop working. When new releases come out, they will conveniently be in a different language. You put the app on another phone, and it's a totally different app than the one on yours. Garbage not worth your time or money. I have been able to watch 3/10 shows/movies I wanted to watch on here totally a hit or miss.
