Keep getting couldn't refresh feed error message and it's been going on for hours. I cleared my cache, deleted and re-upload instagram app, logged in and out and it still continues. I have to keep going in and out of app to get the pics to even load on my feed. Originally it had the error message with a blank screen.

Everytime I open this app it gets worse. They got rid of the ability to save & pause reels, I feel like I never see stuff from 85% of the people I follow on my home despite them posting (way too many sponsored & suggested posts), they got rid of the ability to see post we previously liked, and the algorithm for suggested content is terrible (it relies more on time spent rather then what content you liked. meaning I'll get quite a lot of text post suggestions when I much rather see artwork).

I use this all the time to share my artwork and my life with the world. but I don't like the way the algorithm suppresses and censors voices especially posts about social issues like racism and police brutality. I also dislike the way it's getting harder to use and how it's getting confusing with all the settings. Update: the text functionaly can be a bit finaky at time like you send a message and it doesn't come though. I

Trouble posting from second account. Primary account has absolutely no issues. When attempting to post anything from second account (story, post, reel, etc.) So hangs in processing/posting swirling circle. Doesn't matter what picture or video i try and post. Extremely frustrating. . Yes i cleared my cache, lots of storage room, logged in/out. . Only can post on second account from a desktop computer. Not convenient at all.

Whenever I try to message or comment anywhere I can't see the text bar. It's my keyboard, the suggested words, and nothing else, which makes it really difficult to form a coherent sentence. And I can't dm anyone from the stories at all. Everything else seems fine though, hence the 2 stars.

I think Instagram is an easy app to use for the most part. But I think that it's annoying that you see suggested posts and ads way more often than the posts you see from your friends and the other pages you follow. There will be days where I scroll through my feed for an hour straight and not see a single post from a friend Then I find out later from this friend that they posted something and I never even saw it because of the constant ads and suggested pages to follow.

I've been hacked and trying to get my account back, email and phone number have changed. Can't get ahold of any customer service. Any and all attempts to get help send me to the help site that just takes me in circles. Video selfie doesn't work either. In addition the login link keeps getting sent to a different number that's not mine.

Had Instagram since it was first introduced. No issue until now. When I post multiple pictures,i t does not let me. It says "photo cannot be posted." I can only post reels. I've reported it to help center several of times without solution. It's getting frustrating not being to post.

The app hasn't been functioning properly for a while now. Last few updates have been full of issues, it's become less intuitive, and now app won't load or refresh at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling it only fixes the problem for the first use.

I have used IG for a while, and over the past couple months I have a continual issue where I can't access my account. It locked me out and states cannot refresh feed. Yet, I receive email notifications that I missed a notification. I've emailed to ask for this account to be removed with no response. This has been happening for 5 months already with no access.
