Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

The app works fine for me. Never had trouble with anything so far. It did take a few months to issue a card but having one is not the only way to cash your money so that is no big deal. Their support has always been responsive and thorough. Would recommend this 👍.
Don't ever install this app. I tried 5 to 6 times by sending my passport, ID & driving license. Always they reject the documents and saying that quality not good. I suspect maybe they are trying to misuse or forge all of our documents.
It's the worst App I have ever come across.Can't login .Better that I have a few dollars locked in my account
The verification process is very frustrating. I tried multiple times, and in the end I gave up. I have a document that I use for all my verifications, but this app requires a "special kind of treetment".
ePayments scam users money, if you deposit money to ePayments account, you will never get it back. They are getting ready to run away. There is only support chat to forward template answer to make you feel they're still there, but that's not real, you're not gonna get your money back forever! It's gone!
All accounts suspended without prior notice and funds locked, wires always crashed while using the app. Bad experience overall. Paid for a card I could use for less than a week.
Forcing users to install app just to have the ability to login is ridiculous. I know it's for security concerns, but you would better do like everyone else, give an option to just use phone call or SMS for verification.
TERRIBLE SUPPORT TEAM! Some of the worst support I've ever received! I've been given incorrect information from their support team numerous times when it comes to payments... Meaning I don't get paid when expected! That's totally unacceptable in my books! You deal with people's money and you can't even give correct info in order for your customers to be paid correctly and on time! I have NEVER been more unsatisfied so I HIGHLY suggest you stay far far away from e-payments!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR APP! I have 250 euros in my account that they won't let me withdraw since 11th Feb. Now I can no longer even log in my account. I've tried logging in on my PC and on my phone browser and both tell me I can only use the app to log in. So I downloaded the app and have tried multiple times to log in and the app tells me "operation cannot be confirmed." SO basically I have money in my account and they've blocked me from even accessing my account or my money. SCAMMERS!
