I can not play. It doesn't work and my 5th file will not download. I got a refund then tried again after that, but nothing had changed and it wouldn't let me get a refund again, and on the occasion it does let me into the game, it doesn't save my progress and I have to start on the first level again. Please fix or give me a refund.

I really don't know why but I was waiting for more then a day but it never got inside the game lt loads to 3/5 but it's stays like that and I had the game running for 24 hours I have enough space for the game then it resets the loading process then gets stuck in the same place

Installation
